Can I get financed through a Credit Acceptance dealer-partner?
We have dealer-partners around the country who are enrolled in the Credit Acceptance
program. We approve all customers submitted by our dealer-partners; however the
decision to deliver a vehicle is the dealer-partners.

Can I change my payment date?
Unfortunately payment dates cannot be changed as they are based on the original
contract that was signed.
Does Credit Acceptance have a grace period?
No, you are required to make each payment on the due date specified in your contract
with us. Payments received after the due date will be considered past due. Make
payments on or before the due date to avoid collection activity and/or additional
charges. If unforeseen circumstances prevent you from making payments on time, please
notify us as soon as possible so arrangements can be made.
Can I refinance my vehicle?
Unfortunately, Credit Acceptance does not offer the opportunity to refinance your
vehicle through our company. If your payment history has remained in good standing,
you may have the opportunity to refinance through another financial institution,
such as a bank.

Do you really offer Guaranteed Credit Approval?
YES! Our proprietary Credit Approval Processing System (CAPS®) gives you the opportunity
to offer an approval to every customer you submit – in 30 seconds or less, on every
used car on your lot, and sorted by highest grossing vehicles.
Can I become a Credit Acceptance dealer-partner without paying an enrollment
fee?
YES! There are several enrollment options available to Credit Acceptance dealer-partners.
Your local Market Area Manager can explain all of your enrollment options and help
you choose the one that is best for you.
Can I get paid quickly on the contracts I write with Credit Acceptance?
YES! Once we receive a completed contract package (with many of the documents generated
directly from CAPS®), we fund immediately. You can choose whether you want to receive
your funds via electronic funds transfer or check.
What’s the difference between the Portfolio and Purchase Programs?
The Portfolio Program allows you to share the principal and interest of every payment
collected, and receive an up-front profit based on risk.
The Purchase Program allows you to receive a higher up-front profit today, but you
will not participate in portfolio profit down the road.

borrowers now make up over 46 percent of the auto finance segment. You are missing
