NATIONAL DEALER-PARTNER COUNCIL
Staying Connected to our Dealer-Partners
To ensure that all Credit Acceptance processes and programs are aligned with the expectations of our dealer-partners, we have a National Dealer-Partner Council (NDPC). The NDPC consists of a small group of successful dealer-partners from around the United States. They are selected based on their experience in and knowledge of the industry, financial success with our program and passion for changing the lives of their customers.
The purpose of the NDPC is to engage in significant conversation and debate through meetings and conference calls held throughout the year with other NDPC members and executive management at Credit Acceptance which will result in enhancements to the Credit Acceptance program and processes for the good of all dealer-partners.
The NPDC meets three times throughout the year to exchange ideas, act as a “voice” for all dealer-partners, field referral phone calls from perspective dealers, and actively participate in all pilot programs. Each member serves on the council for two years.
