DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTIONS
Loan Origination
In the simplest terms, Loan Origination encompasses the departments that are focused on offering the right dealer-partners a program that is profitable and allows them to provide Guaranteed Credit Approval to every customer that comes into their dealership.
This dynamic team is responsible for developing the right pricing strategy, identifying and servicing the right dealer-partners, having the resources to make it easy for the dealer-partner to create a profitable contract and the right processes to ensure the dealer-partner gets funded in a timely manner.
Loan Servicing
Our dealer-partners and our unique program provide customers with a tremendous opportunity to make on-time payments. The Loan Servicing group is focused on turning that opportunity into an every day reality. There are several teams of collectors and customer service representatives focused on helping customers to take full advantage of the opportunity by making timely payments. The foundation of their daily effort is personal responsibility and customer respect.
Support Functions
The Information Technology (IT) Department is responsible for implementing and supporting the Company’s information systems. Our Human Resources (HR) Department offers a number of services to help the business perform better and the team member develop their career.
The Corporate Legal Department is responsible for providing the Company with a wide range of legal and compliance related services, while Finance is responsible for Treasury, Internal Audit, Payment Processing, Internal Reporting and Investor Relations.
Lastly, our Analytics Department provides analytical services and reporting across the business in the most effective manner.
