Three Ways to Profit
Credit Acceptance offers three programs, depending on how you’d like to receive profit - the Portfolio, Purchase and Collection Only Programs.
1. The Portfolio Program allows you to share the principal and interest of every payment collected and you receive an up-front profit.
- You control financing and write the contract for your customer.
- You assign the contract to Credit Acceptance for collection.
- 80% of every dollar collected is credited to your portfolio.
2. The Purchase Program allows you to receive a higher up-front profit today, but you don't share in what's collected in the future.
- Great option in situations where additional cash flow is required at the front of the deal to secure the delivery at an acceptable profit.
- Tends to be a fit if you're selling newer, low mileage vehicles.
3. The Collection Only Program provides a monthly profit as we collect payments for your dealership.
- Use this program when you cannot provide proof of stipulations needed to receive an advance.
- Receive profit beginning with your customer's first payment.
