We follow federal guidelines regarding the information about your account that we report
to the credit bureaus. However, errors may occur. Errors on a credit report can affect your
credit score. If you believe there is an error in the information we have reported about your
account, you can dispute the information by either filing a dispute directly with the consumer
reporting agency that provided your credit report, or disputing the information directly with us

When filing a dispute directly with us we have created a

Form that you may use. In order for us to properly investigate your dispute
you must complete the form in its entirety and mail it to the address noted in the
