New 2019 car driving on road

We’re halfway through 2018, which means that many of the 2019 car models that were shining on the showroom floor during auto show season have already made it to dealership lots, waiting for eager car buyers to purchase and drive them home. So, and without further ado, here are some of the 2019 cars, trucks and SUVs coming soon to a dealership near you:

  • Crossovers and SUVs
If you’re looking for a more spacious, family-oriented ride, there’s a parade of 2019-model crossovers and SUVs to choose from, including the redesigned Acura RDX, Subaru’s new Ascent three-row SUV, BMW X2, Cadillac XT4, Ford Edge ST, Hyundai Kona, Hyundai Santa Fe, Infinity QX50 and Jeep Cherokee.

  • Trucks
If you prefer bigger-body rides with a little more sturdiness to them, the 2019 model year also includes a roundup of new and redesigned pickup trucks, including the Ford Ranger (returning after eight years), Chevy Silverado 1500, Ford Transit Connect Wagon, Ram 1500 and GMC Sierra AT4.

  • Hybrid and Electric Vehicles
For car buyers looking for something more fuel-efficient, the 2019 model year is also introducing several new hybrid and electric vehicles, including Honda’s Insight sedan, Chrysler Pacific Hybrid, Chevy Bolt and Acura NSX.
