Our Business Operations departments at Credit Acceptance support our customers through the life of their installment contract, from making a car payment to redeeming their vehicle after repossession.

Responsibilities:

As a Business Operations Team Member, you will work with our consumers to promote great service, encourage them to bring their accounts current and resolve escalated issues. Team members specialize in various segments of the contract life cycle to achieve the highest levels of performance.
Responsibilities in your area may include:
  • Effectively educate the customer on how to resolve their issue through self-service options and payment options, where applicable.
  • Review and assess the condition of vehicles and determine which repairs/reconditioning to authorize.
  • Create solutions to assist the customer from becoming further past due and get them current, where possible.
  • Have phone and written contact with customers, repossession contractors and auction vendors.
