Position overview

Our Call Center Operations departments at Credit Acceptance support our customers through every step of the financing process, from making a car payment to redeeming their vehicle after repossession. Call Center Operations is comprised of the following departments:

  • Collections
  • Customer Service
  • Credit Reporting
  • Dealer Service Center
  • Insurance
  • Redemption
  • Remarketing
  • Repossession
  • Titles
