As a member of the Marketing team at Credit Acceptance, you’ll directly influence the company’s growth, and positively impact the customer experience. From enrolling new dealers and helping them grow their businesses, to running new consumer campaigns, our opportunities span B2B and B2C from acquisition through to retention.
- Drive ongoing growth campaigns for Credit Acceptance across channels including search, social, email, content marketing, affiliate partnerships, content networks, and even direct mail.
- Work with Sales to engage prospective and existing dealers across channels, expanding our national network and share of contracts.
- Engage in ongoing market research and testing to identify trends, understand the challenges and needs of our customers, and benchmark against competitors.
