Language Services for NYC Residents
New York city residents:
Credit Acceptance offers non-English speaking consumers the ability to communicate over the phone in multiple languages via a translation service. When contacting us via phone, we are able to correspond through a translator in multiple languages if the consumer consents to the use of the translation service. Credit Acceptance is able to provide select written communication in Spanish translation only.
