ED DESHALLA

Ed joined Credit Acceptance in July 2010. He has worked in various roles in the Company, including front end collections supervisor, titles manager and his current role as an insurance manager. One key lesson Ed says he has learned during his time at Credit Acceptance is how to own his performance and be open to change.
