Regina has been with Credit Acceptance since 1996 and was first hired as a credit analyst in the Dealer Service Center. Regina was able to progress to different roles in the Company throughout her career by setting goals to consistently improve her performance, surrounding herself with positive leaders and team members that help with her professional development, and sharing her knowledge and ideas to help improve others’ performance.
